These Terms of Use govern your use of msynch.com. By using the site, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

"Site" means msynch.com and all its content. "Provider" means the party named in the "Provider" section below, which maintains and publishes the site. "User" means anyone who visits or uses the site.

The site presents Msynch's services: websites, online stores, custom software, AI agents, automation, audits, SEO and redesigns. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed individually after you contact us by phone, Viber or email, and are set out in a separate contract. We may change the site's content at any time.

Use the site in good faith, in line with the law and good practice, and without infringing other people's rights.

You must not: • extract content with automated tools (robots, scrapers, bots) without our permission; • try to breach the site's security, bypass its protections or gain unauthorised access; • overload the servers or interfere with the normal operation of the site.

The texts, images, logo, graphics and design of the site belong to Msynch or are used with the permission of their owners. Copying, distributing or using them commercially without prior written consent is prohibited under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. Third-party names and logos (for example platforms and tools we work with) belong to their respective owners.

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the site, except where the law expressly provides otherwise. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court, and we first try to resolve them by mutual agreement.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
